We booked this hotel on the way to San Felipe. Didn’t seem too impressive online. While on the phone, the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating, they helped us with an issue we had and when we checked in we realized this is such a great place. It’s clean, beautiful and comfortable. It reminds us of our favorite spa in Palms Springs. The rooms are clean, well maintained and decorated. The whole place has a beautiful vibe that makes you feel inside a classic Mexican Hacienda. Food was absolutely tasty at Alfredo’s, and the pool was clean and well sized. We would love to come back soon!

Exelente servicio por el bartman david del loby bar del hotel las palmas by the sea, recomendamdacion al 100%, en todo el hotel el personal es muy amable, la calidad en higiene en lo personal es exelente, un hotel con precios accesibles y sobre todo muy bueno...

Hay varias opciones en San Felipe para alojarse, pero este es uno de los "tradicionales" y que tiene toda la vida aquí en el puerto. PROS: Precio, muy accesible y cuenta con amenidades si quieres salir lo menos posible a la ciudad. Aunque el chiste de ir a SF es dar la vuelta por el pueblo. Tranquilidad. El hecho de no estar junto al malecón le da un aire de tranquilidad pues no hay trafico ni cuatrimotos ruidosas paseándose todo el tiempo por tu ventana. Agradecí mucho eso! CONTRAS. Si bien es de los lugares clásicos de SF, esto a la vez puede ser un factor en contra, ya que por lugares se nota viejo el lugar y las habitaciones no están tan en sintonía de 2016. Cosas tan simples como una tele viejísima y con imagen terrible en cualquier canal, WiFi casi inexistente por secciones y un bar que cierra muy temprano. Pero con todo y eso, si sigue siendo opción para quedarme cuando visite el puerto nuevamente.

If you are looking for a place to relax this is it! Is conveniently located walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. Is on a huge lot which makes parking easy and safe. The staff was very nice and attentive. Also they have on site restaurant that is one of a kind! I had pasta Alfredo with shrimps that were huge. The bar had plenty of options and the pool area was nice. Will definitely return soon

Clean affordable rooms great food staff and facilities too. I have been stating here roughly 6-8 times per year for the last three years. They have a gym right next to the pool and cabanas and a quaint cantina. Highly recommended.

La verdad no me pareció cómodo no tiene acceso al mar está lejos para caminar hay q ir en auto y pagar parking para ir a la playa . Y el agua caliente no anda bien me bañe con el agua fría y tiene poca presión el agua .

I did not think this place was that special for the price. If a pool is important, that may be a consideration, but we just needed a place to sleep for a night. The room itself was very basic Mexican. We have stayed in places just as nice for over half the price, but they were unavailable due to Holy Week festivities. You are far from the ocean. One plus was the on site pizza place, which had excellent margaritas and pizza.

Necesitábamos un hotel para pasar una noche solamente ya que íbamos de paso, y decidimos en este hotel. Por ese precio $$$ para una habitación sencilla de una cama totalmente pensé que serían algo extraordinario. Totalmente al contrario. Primero después de un largo viaje pasamos al baño de la habitación. Horrible, tenía orines ya secos en el asiento de los huéspedes anteriores. Decidimos limpiarlo nosotros ya que solo pasaríamos la noche. Fuimos a cenar y de regreso a la habitación era hora de bañarse antes de ir a dormir, y para el colmo la regadera no funcionaba. Una de dos, te bañabas con agua hirviendo o agua súper fría (invierno) ya que no se podía controlar la temperatura. Mandaron a mantenimiento y no pudo ser nada. Tuvimos que empacar lo poco que aviamos sacado por que nos cambiaron de habitación. Solo queríamos cenar y dormir para seguir el viaje, pero no fue posible. Una noche para olvidar.
